Scott Schweyer
Scott has twenty years experience in organization consulting and training. He began his career in the crisis counseling field where he owned and operated a community based organization delivering counseling and courses for parents and adolescents experiencing personal challenges. One of his Clients asked Scott to work with their department of 40 people on team conflict and achieving higher results. Since that successful experience, Scott was asked to work with other teams and quickly developed both his training and consulting expertise.
Scott went on to help Clients with assessment, team and interpersonal dynamics, and leadership effectiveness. He joined a training and consulting firm where he spent eight years honing his people- and systems-based training and consulting skills and approaches with frontline teams and leadership groups. Scott’s effectiveness and extensive experience is best summarized as “Results through Integration.” Scott first looks to understand the unique issues facing an organization and then works with the key players to develop an integrated plan and strategy to reach their vision and goals.
Scott brings expertise in assessing organization effectiveness and culture, developing strategic plans, building customized training and process change solutions, and coaching individuals and teams to successfully implement their plans. Scott focuses on balancing both the right systems for organization effectiveness and people satisfaction to achieve bottom-line results. Whether starting with an organization assessment and business plan development for a new/renewed organizational culture or implementing specific change projects, Scott looks at the big picture of the organization’s environment and ensures all elements of change are effectively integrated.
